Ingenuity Work began in 2025 with a straightforward idea: businesses should not need to coordinate separate freelancers, disconnected channels and layers of account management to make meaningful digital progress. They need a team that can understand the challenge, choose the right work and carry it through.
Our three-person team connects marketing and technology. That means paid campaigns are considered alongside landing-page experience, SEO is connected to useful content and site architecture, and social media is treated as part of the wider customer journey rather than an isolated posting schedule.
We are early in our agency journey and honest about it. We do not manufacture awards, locations or guaranteed outcomes. Our ambition is to earn long-term trust through responsive communication, careful execution and work that is measured against the objective agreed with each client.
