ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
Choose the structure that matches the work.
We recommend the simplest model capable of delivering the agreed outcome.
Focused project
A defined audit, landing page, website improvement, tracking setup, strategy or campaign foundation.
→ Best when the deliverable and completion point can be clearly described.
Monthly partnership
Ongoing campaign management, SEO, content, social, optimization or coordinated digital marketing.
→ Best when performance needs regular management and learning.
Advisory and consulting
Structured audits, planning, reviews and decision support for internal teams.
→ Best when your team can execute but needs specialist direction.
WHAT SHAPES A QUOTE
Pricing reflects responsibility, complexity and production.
Two businesses requesting the same service may need very different levels of work.
Scope and volume
Number of campaigns, pages, markets, platforms, assets or content deliverables.
Technical complexity
Tracking, integrations, ecommerce systems, migrations, data quality and development requirements.
Research and creative needs
Market depth, copywriting, design, localization, interviews and approval cycles.
Management responsibility
Whether we advise, implement, manage budgets, coordinate teams or own recurring reporting.
BUDGET GUIDANCE
Start small only when the scope is genuinely small.
Budget must match the market and the amount of work required to produce useful delivery.
Focused one-off work
Some narrowly defined tasks may be viable from approximately $300 after scope review.
Ongoing marketing
Businesses investing around $1,000 or more usually have more room for meaningful ongoing work and learning.
Media spend
Advertising budget is normally separate from management fees and is paid directly to the platform where possible.
COSTS OUTSIDE OUR FEE
Third-party expenses are identified before approval.
Software and platform costs are not silently absorbed into the service fee.
Advertising spend
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other media budgets remain separate unless a written proposal states otherwise.
Software and subscriptions
Hosting, plugins, stock assets, email platforms, CRM tools and specialist services may require direct client payment.
External specialists
Qualified legal, translation, accessibility or regulated-industry review is separate unless explicitly included.
PAYMENT AND CHANGES
Commercial terms belong in the written proposal.
The proposal or service agreement takes priority over general website information.
Payment schedule
Deposits, milestones or monthly billing are confirmed before work begins.
Scope changes
Additional work is estimated and approved before it is added.
Cancellation and refunds
Customized work, completed time and incurred costs are not automatically refundable. Exact terms and applicable rights are stated in the agreement.
